Conditions and Shipping Costs

Aromalia S.L. only delivers orders within Spain and the islands. The delivery time is between 2 to 20 business days from the date of receiving the order, depending on the quantity of items requested that require handling, manual decoration, and stock availability for production.

Orders will be shipped directly from Aromalia S.L. through their logistics operators. Currently, for the Iberian Peninsula, we work with the GLS agency, which provides a 24-hour delivery service from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs: Aromalia S.L. focuses solely on the manufacturing of products, and any additional charges on the invoice, in case the order does not reach the minimum requirement for shipping, will be calculated based on the transportation costs applied to Aromalia S.L. The increase in the invoice amount for shipping costs is as follows:

Shipments within Spanish territory (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) do not incur additional costs for orders over 200 euros (excluding VAT and taxes). For orders below 200 euros, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, with the increment ranging between 7 and 15 euros added to the total invoice amount.

For shipments to Portugal, the minimum invoice amount for inclusive shipping costs is 400 euros (excluding VAT and taxes). For invoices below this amount, an additional shipping fee of between 10 and 15 euros will be added.

For other destinations, whether within Spanish territory (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) or international destinations, please contact us by phone or email, and we will provide you with the final cost of shipping for the requested goods.

If there is no responsible person available to receive the package at the designated delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number to call and confirm the delivery time. The transport agency will hold your package in their warehouse for approximately 5-10 days before returning it to our facilities.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:

The replacement or return of items will only be made if there is any shortage, damage, or breakage. However, we will not accept items that are returned to us and have been manipulated, worn, labeled (price, barcode, etc.), used, or items that are out of season or discontinued.

If the return is due to product defects, Aromalia S.L. will cover the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can choose to have it replaced or substitute it with other items.

If the reasons for the return are unrelated to Aromalia S.L., meaning if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return shipping costs will not be covered by Aromalia S.L.

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once the goods have been shipped and received by the customer. However, there is a possibility, if there is a duly justified reason, to negotiate the return of the order with the company. The return of items must be notified to the company within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer must send the package back to the company using a carrier of their choice, provided it is returned in the same packaging without any damage, breakage, or tampering. Once the package is received by the company, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
